I was disappointed once it was installed. I blame the manufacturer a bit here because the finish looks thin in spots and kind of uneven, and some of the edges are not as clean as they should be. From far away it’s passable, but when you’re up close it really does look cheaper than I expected. For the price, I thought it would have a much cleaner, nicer look. I’m not really happy with the appearance overall.

My gut told me this was going to be an easy weekend project, but it ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. The closet looks fine now that it’s up, but the instructions felt like they skipped over a few important parts, and some of the holes just didn’t seem to line up right. I had to call a friend over to help because I was getting nowhere on my own. It definitely took a lot longer than the website made it sound.

I tried getting in touch with customer service. Simple question, nothing complicated. But it took way too long to get a reply. Just sitting there waiting. Frustrating, honestly. Not the kind of experience that makes me want to order again

I just didn’t feel like it was worth the money. For what you actually get, the price seems way too high, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that there might be extra fees or little charges tucked in somewhere. Maybe it works for some people, but I personally wouldn’t pay for it again

I ordered this closet kit expecting everything to be included, but it showed up missing screws, so I couldn’t even finish putting it together. I had to wait around for the replacement hardware, which was really annoying. On top of that, it felt like the terms or expectations kept changing after the fact, which just made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be

I had a hard time with the directions. They were just really confusing and didn’t make things clear enough for me.

It showed up faster than I thought it would, actually, faster than I was expecting, and the box looked totally fine when it arrived.

It does look nice once it’s set up, but after a few weeks the shelves started to wobble a bit. It’s not terrible or unusable, but for the price I was expecting something that felt more solid. Anyway... it’s fine for lighter stuff, just maybe not the best if you need something heavy-duty.

The closet pieces turned out okay in the end, but the boxes showed up beat up. One of the panels had a small dent on the corner, which was annoying but not a total dealbreaker. For heavier parts like this, the lack of padding inside felt unnecessary, honestly. Nothing was missing and it still worked out, so I’d say 3 stars is fair.

I ordered from modularclosets.com because I really thought it was going to fit my space a lot better, but once I started putting everything together, the customization felt a little more limited than I expected.

A few pieces were close, but not quiiite exact, so I ended up having to make more adjustments than I wanted to. The shelves look fine overall, but there are some small gaps that make it feel like it wasn’t fully made for my closet.

It’s usable, so I wouldn’t say it was a total waste, but for the price I was expecting a cleaner fit. Shipping was totally fine, I just reaaally wish the final setup matched my measurements better.

I was a little nervous about ordering closet parts online because who knows what might show up?? But everything came in exactly the way I ordered it. The sizes, pieces, color, and hardware all matched my list, and nothing was missing or swapped out. That was my biggest concern, so it made the install way less frustrating. I’d definitely order again.
